Eagle Project

My Eagle Project consisted of three main restorations throughout Pan American Park in Long Beach.

The first restoration involved refurbishing and painting the southern baseball diamond (the backstops, the dugouts, and the wooden sides of the baseball diamond) and the grandstands located near Centralia Street. The second restoration involved refurbishing and painting the northern baseball diamond and grandstands located near Charlemagne Avenue. The third restoration involved several repairs of benches throughout the park.

The total surface are of all the wood was close to 4,000 square feet and required about 20 gallons of paint and a total of 374 man-hours. The main goal of the project was to provide the community with baseball diamonds and benches that are in good condition and atheistically pleasing. The project was planned in July 2005 and achieved over three weekends in November and December 2005.
