Cost: $45.00 per Scout, $65.00 per Adult.

Things to bring:

1.Meet at Carmenita Middle School no later than 8:30 am
2.Please bring your signed permission slip (attached)​​ must complete
3.Seabase Waiver form (attached) must complete
4.If you have not paid, remember to bring a check for $45 (good subsidy from troop, was $60)
5.Bring swimsuit and towel, and change of clothes. Scouts will need to take a swim test at start
6.Bring lunch/snack/WATER
7.Wear closed-toe shoes
8.Bring sunglasses, hat and plenty of sunscreen


All participants must wear CLOSED-TOE SHOES (not Crocs) and LIFE JACKETS (provided). Hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses are also highly recommended. Keep in mind that participants are likely to get wet and may even get soaked. Bring a towel and a dry change of clothes to change into after your event. Avoid wearing cotton. It can get cooler on the water, so you may want to bring a jacket or windbreaker. Avoid wearing jeans for “soaking” events. Wetsuits are recommended for winter dinghy sailing. We recommend bringing a bottle of water to maintain hydration when on the water. For day events, please bring a lunch.
