Outing Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Scouts that do not attend an activity and seek a refund for payments they have made will be required to submit a written request for a refund to the Outing Coordinator who will then forward the request to the Troop Committee for consideration. A full or partial refund may not be granted. The amount of the refund may be reduced due to the fact that some expenses associated with the outing may not be recoverable by the Troop e.g., non-refundable deposits or reservation fees, purchased food, etc.
